Dry Hire Items Description and Pricing 

This is not just for weddings – if you have an event, you are welcome to use this service. 

How It Works 

Collect your items from us, use them for your event, and return them after use. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth dry hire process: 

  1. Prepare Your Order: Review the available hire items listed below, make a note of your required quantities, and email your list enquiries@makeitspecialevents.co.uk including your wedding or event date. 
  1. Receive Your Quote: We will confirm item availability and send you a formal quote based on your requirements. 
  1. Final Arrangements One month before we will contact you to confirm everything and arrange collection date/time and also your return details 
  1.  Payment  is required  on the  collection of the items  and along with your security bond. 

Security Bond 

A cash security bond is required upon collection of your items. The bond amount will be detailed in your quote and is based on the specific items hired. This bond serves as security against loss or damage. Provided all items are returned in their original condition and on time, the full bond will be refunded to you upon return. 

What we offer: 

Chair chiffon drapes: 
Supplied with coloured ribbon of your choice to tie bows. 

Ironed and folded for you – £2.65 each 

Colours available:- White, Ivory, Sage green, Bright sage green , Forest Green, Olive Green, Taupe, Champagne, Gold Black, grey, Light pink, Blush Pink, Navy, Sky Blue, Dark dusky Blue, Light Dusky Blue, Burnt orange, Burgundy, Mauve, Lilac 

Can’t find the exact colour,  just ask – we may have some on the way, or why not try an ivory and add a coloured ribbon that goes with your colour scheme. 

Accessories in backs of chairs – 50p each 

Eucalyptus sprig, White rose, pink, rose, peach rose, champagne rose, dusky blue rose 

Banqueting Chair Cover (stretchy) 

Available in white or Black – £1.50 

Napkins 

Option 1. We just supply the napkins – £1 each 

Option 2. We will supply the napkins ironed and either Restaurant folded, long folded or   knotted – £1.80 each
